Refund Policy

• In case of a no-show and an early departure, the hotel reserves the right to change the entire duration of the stay at the discretion of the hotel management.

• The hotel reserves the right to authorize a one-night charge on the credit card given for guarantee purposes unless guaranteed via company letter or advance deposit.

• Refund shall be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the request and the payment will be credited within 5-7 working days via the same mode as used while making the booking.

• Staybook Hospitality Private Limited reserves the right to change or modify the refund policy.

• If someone chooses a Non-refundable booking, guests won't get their money back if they cancel.

• In case of any refund, amount will be refunded after deducting 4% charges.
